The Sonoma County Continuum of Care Planning Group is coordinating the development of a Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness.

This will set the course for our community's collaborative work on ending homelessness in the next ten years. It is crucial that the Plan reflect the input of the community. During Plan development between July 2006 and January 2007, Committees of the Continuum of Care will address various aspects of this Plan and warmly invite public input and involvement.
